Battery issue -phone shutdown

Hi,

I purchased a Thor in december and we are facing a battery issue. A least once a day, the phone shutdown saying the battery is at 0% but it isn't the case.
I already tried a factory restet but issue not solved.
It's not a simple contact issue as the phone does a clean shutdown.

Any advise?

I already contacted the reseller and Vernee, but no answer so far...

This brand is not very reliable...  Support is not a focus for them. Better have to pay twice more and get a Samsung or any other worldwide  brand
