THOR E DOA black screen initial start-up

I just received my Thor E phone and it is not working. The order was placed on 14-MAY-2017. I gave it a full charge, and the screen remains black, even after reboot procedure (15 second power button push). No Vernee splash-screen,  no first-time set-up procedures, just a black screen; I did notice a vibration when I touched the home button, but nothing else.
Your user manual is very basic and does not include any trouble-shooting procedures, and, I could not find any support for the THOR E on your website, except for a Android 7.0 download.
This is very disappointing; what should I do now? Please help.

You have two options
You need to reinstall firmware with flashtool or
Do the hard reset thing. Turn on the phone pressing UP +POWER button.

Google it for more information and knology, is easy don't worry.
If you don't want do this, go to warranty.

Connect the charger. Is the charging indicator on?
Suggest charging for 5-10 minutes or more
Maybe the battery is No electricity
