Audio Jack problem

Hi!
I have a problem with audio jack female connector pinout.
I have to push a bit with my jack connector to screen side - otherwise, it plays really bad.

Is it possible to change it? Does anyone now where can I find the replacement part?

Please help. I was trying to find any information on internet, unfortunately without success.

I know, but I don't have "technical service" from my seller. He refund me back part of money only

Is there any official way to fix it ? Need help

You should take your technical service. Possibly the jack socket is damaged.
